LAKEWOOD, CO — An all-clear was given after deputies received reports of a possible person with a gun Friday afternoon at a Lakewood King Soopers store, the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office said.
Deputies were called to the store, in the 9800 block of West Belleview Avenue, around 2:15, and an investigation was launched.
"We obtained information later that it was just a gun case and not a weapon that was seen," the sheriff's office said in a tweet posted just after 3 p.m.
