• Green Mountain boys basketball picks up a pair of victories in 24 hours (coloradopreps.com) — Green Mountain High School’s boys basketball team in Lakewood snapped its skid with two wins in under 24 hours, including a home comeback over Peak to Peak. Acting coach Tim Deignan guided the Rams while head coach Jordan Deignan served a suspension, and the team now looks ahead to a Monday home game against Riverdale Ridge.
• How a Colorado Arrest Ended the Career of ‘Viva La Bam' Star Don Vito (k99.com) — A notorious 2006 incident at Colorado Mills Mall in Lakewood led to the arrest and later conviction of TV personality Vincent “Don Vito” Margera on charges involving minors.
