Watch: Jeffco Band Represents Colorado In Inauguration Parade
D'Evelyn Junior/Senior High School represented Colorado in the virtual inauguration parade.

JEFFERSON COUNTY, CO — A group of students from Jefferson County have become a part of history after representing Colorado in the virtual inaugural parade Wednesday.
The marching band at D'Evelyn Junior/Senior High School performed under a blue Colorado sky with mountains in the background for the "Parade Across America."
The band was chosen after they submitted an application to participate in the inaugural parade. The Jeffco group spent many hours practicing their performance, "American Patrol," which included aerial footage of the band holding red, white and blue flags to spell out, 'USA.'
