Traffic Delays/Crashes Reported All Over CT, Rainy Weather Forecast
Traffic delays in parts of Connecticut exceeded 25 miles Thursday morning. Here are details on a not so great weather forecast, too.

CONNECTICUT — It doesn't look like the best weather forecast for the upcoming weekend.
Rain is forecast for both Saturday and Sunday, and temperatures will struggle to reach 50 degrees both days. Wind gusts will also increase on Sunday.
We'll continue to see occasional rain showers on Thursday and again tonight and possibly Friday morning.

It doesn't appear to be a very sunny weather forecast for the next several days.

"Today is cloudy and a little damp with areas of fog/drizzle and isolated showers," said WFSB 3 TV meteorologists. "However, it will be noticeably milder as temperatures head into the 60s inland, upper 50s at the shoreline. You’ll also notice an uptick in mugginess before a cold front arrives. The cold front drops across the region tonight, and with it comes a round of showers and perhaps an isolated thunderstorm. Tomorrow, with the front moving offshore, morning cloudiness gives way to a brighter sky and decreasing humidity. Temps remain mild, with highs 60-65."
Weekend forecast details
"Looking ahead to the weekend, the outlook unfortunately hasn’t changed," said WFSB 3 TV meteorologists. "Saturday will be the cooler, wetter day. While not a washout, scattered showers are likely. Temps will be back below average with highs in the mid to upper 40s. Sunday is noticeably milder with temps reaching the 50s and 60s. While not *as* wet as Saturday, showers will still be possible; otherwise, it’s mostly cloudy." (Read more at WFSB 3 TV).
