Defending Champions Top Preseason Connecticut Boys Soccer Rankings

A panel of high school soccer coaches throughout the state have voted on the top teams in Classes LL/L and M/S.

CONNECTICUT — A pair of defending divisional champions led the balloting of Connecticut high school boys soccer coaches in a preseason poll released Tuesday.

Defending Class LL champion Hall paced the LL/L rankings, while Class M titleholder Lewis Mills is atop the field in M/S.

The other 2023 titlists are East Lyme (L), ranked sixth in LL/L, and Old Saybrook (S), which is second in M/S.

Here are the top 10 in each division, with first-place votes in parentheses, as well as all other teams collecting votes.
