Motorist Killed In Bristol Crash: Police
The driver was ejected in the one-vehicle accident, according to police.
BRISTOL, CT — A 22-year-old Bristol man was fatally injured early Wednesday in a one-car crash on Witches Rock Road.
The accident happened around 12:51 a.m. near the intersection with Cove Road, police said.
When police arrived, they found a solo male operator who had been ejected from the vehicle. The man suffered serious, life-threatening injuries. Police began lifesaving measures until emergency medical personnel arrived on scene. The man was rushed to an area hospital, where he was pronounced dead, according to police.

Police as of 9:30 a.m. had not released the identity of the driver, pending notification of his family.
The Bristol Police Department's Serious Traffic Accident Reconstruction Team processed the scene for several hours early Wednesday, and the road reopened to traffic around 7 a.m.
