Possession of Weapon on School Grounds A juvenile was charged with possession of a weapon on school grounds on April 19. Police arrested the individual at 1:04 p.m. at Avon High School  last Friday. Police released the person on a written promise to appear in juvenile court on May 3.  Disorderly Conduct Jennifer A Kelly, 30, of 100 Cider Brook Rd., Avon, was charged with disorderly conduct on April 19. Police arrested her in her home and released her after she posted a $1,000 non-surety bond. She was scheduled to appear in court on April 22.
