Operation While Under the Influence Marianne B. Rejniak, 66, of 15 Stagecoach Rd., Avon, was charged with operation while under the influence and cited with failure to drive in the proper lane on Jan. 8 at 7:54 p.m. Police stopped her car at West Avon Road and Country Club Road. Police released her on a $500 non-surety bond and she is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 22.
