Assault Luis Enrique Pinel, 21, of 43 Chevas Rd. in Avon, was charged with third-degree assault, second-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and interfering with a police officer on June 6 at 6:39 p.m. Police arrested in his home. He was released after posting a $25,000 surety bond and was scheduled to appear in court the following day.
