Avon Police Blotter: May 14-29, 2013
The following arrest information was provided by the Avon Police Department and does not indicate a conviction.
Disorderly Conduct
Milan Madhusudan Dave, 48, of 9 Glendale Rd., Avon, was charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call on May 28 at 10:18 p.m. Police released him after he posted a $500 non-surety bond and he was scheduled to appear in court the next day.
Larceny
Rhonda Lingle, 59, of 83 Bradford Way, Farmington was charged with sixth-degree larceny on May 28 at 1:51 p.m. Police released her after she posted a $500 non-surety bond and she is scheduled to appear in court on June 5.
Illegal Manufacturing, Distribution or Sale of Non-Drug Dependent
Fabian Chandler, 33, of 27 Jackson St., Avon, was charged with illegally manufacturing, distributing or selling a non-drug dependent and possession of a controlled substance or less than four ounces of marijuana on May 14 at 10 a.m. Police also cited him with failure to bring a motor vehicle to a full stop, failure to obey a control signal and reckless driving. He appeared in court that day and the court set his bond at $250,000.
