FCP Live-In, a full-service home care agency specializing in live-in home care, recently announced the appointment of Meagan Seeman as Care Coordinator for Connecticut's Hartford, Tolland, Litchfield, and Fairfield Counties. This new position is part of FCP Live-In's desire to provide more support to the region and meet the demands of Connecticut's senior population.

Meagan brings years of knowledge, commitment, and compassion to the aging population and their families. She has spent the past decade volunteering as a private doula providing compassionate care to clients and their families and holds a certification as an End of Life Doula from UVM Larner School of Medicine. Her many years in sales and marketing, merged with her passion for taking care of the aging population in private home settings, makes her uniquely adept at meeting the needs of clients and their families while creating the bridge that is needed to coordinate care for the transition home. Meagan resides in East Hampton, CT, with her husband and two cats.

"Because we are living longer, the aging population is frailer and has more comorbidities," said David Anthony, FCP Live-In president, and CEO. "Meagan is joining our team to provide additional support to facilities and clients in the Hartford area."
In addition to coordinating FCP Live-In clients' care, Seeman will also be working with local Chambers of Commerce and networking groups to expand the reach of FCP Live-In in Connecticut's Hartford, Tolland, Litchfield, and Fairfield Counties.
