On Friday, May 30, Talcott Mountain Science Center & Academy invites the community to an unforgettable night of music, science, and celebration at Talcott Together 2025, hosted at the University of Hartford from 6 to 9 p.m.
Dr. Alexander will present The Jazz of Physics, a mind-bending, multimedia experience that blends cosmology with improvisational jazz to explore some of the universe’s deepest mysteries. Through sound, story, and science, Dr. Alexander draws fascinating connections between theoretical physics and musical expression — inviting audiences to reimagine how we understand our world.

The evening is part of Talcott Together 2025 — Talcott’s annual reunion and fundraising event, bringing together families, alumni, supporters, and friends to celebrate Talcott’s mission of inspiring young minds through hands-on STEM education. This year’s event also honors Talcott Mountain Science Center & Academy beloved educator John Pellino, who is retiring after 48 remarkable years at Talcott.
