Chan Bakeshop is owned by pastry chef and local culinary entrepreneur Chan Vorasane-Graham.
Hailing from Laos, Vorasane-Graham said her bakery specializes in "handcrafted, high-quality baked goods inspired by timeless flavors."
"What started as a love for baking soon became a local favorite, bringing fresh, buttery pastries and comforting breads to the community," she wrote on her website.
"Every treat is made with care, using the finest ingredients to deliver warmth and joy in every bite."
The menu features a wide variety of coffee and tea drinks (among others), along with breakfast sandwiches and lunch options, in addition to a full selection of pastries and other edibles.
Cromwell's bakery opened at the end of last year, with Avon's location yet to announce an opening date.
