New Class Of Avon HS Hall-Of-Famers To Be Inducted

AVON, CT — Tickets are on sale for one of the biggest events in town, one that will honor some of the town's top athletes from the past.

The Avon High School Hall of Fame inductee banquet is taking place on Friday, May 3.

It will celebrate the athletic success at Avon High School since its opening in 1958 and it is hosted by the Avon Booster Club and Hall of Fame Committee.

This year, they will be inducting the third class to the Avon High Athletic Hall of Fame at the Golf Club of Avon.

The 2024 class will honor eight athletes, one former coach, and the 2012 Class MM state champion Avon High girls cross country team.
