Oops, Avon Had Incorrect Registrar Number Inserted With Tax Bills
The town Tuesday said the registrar of voters' phone number was incorrect in an insert sent out with tax bills earlier this month.
AVON, CT — The Town of Avon has notified residents that the phone number for the registrar of voters' office included in this year's recently issued tax bills was incorrect.
"Please be advised that the insert from the Registrar of Voters that was included with tax bills that were recently mailed out included an incorrect phone number for the Registrar of Voters Office," wrote the Town of Avon Tuesday afternoon.
Officials said the correct phone number for the Avon Registrar of Voters Office is 860-409-4350.
