REMINDER: Avon Affordable Housing Zoning Regs Up For Discussion

AVON, CT — New Avon zoning regulations that have an eye toward more affordable housing in town will, again, be discussed at a local zoning board meeting.

The Avon Planning and Zoning Commission on March 11 opened a public hearing on the draft zoning regulations.

The commission subsequently continued the public hearing to a special hybrid meeting to be held Tuesday, March 18, at 7 p.m., at Avon Town Hall, 60 W. Main St.

The draft regulations have been the subject of several PZC workshops to date and are ready for the next step toward adoption.
