If dancing is your idea of a good workout and one of your kids is about to graduate from Avon High School, there's a way you can groove and support Project Graduation. Sandy Dizenzo of Cardio Party Fitness Studio in Avon is leading a Zumba class on Wednesday night from 7 to 8 p.m. All proceeds will benefit Project Graduation, an annual party thrown by parents for seniors after their graduation so that they can celebrate safely with their friends.  The June 5 event costs $10 per percent and will take place at Avon Middle School.
