“It’s very important for Liberty to give back to invest in the community,” said Liberty Bank President and CEO David W. Glidden. “We would not be around for two centuries if it weren’t for the people and organizations that have supported us. We are celebrating this milestone anniversary by paying it forward.”
The 48 organizations were selected by Liberty Bank customers, and more than 10,000 voteswere tallied.
“Our celebration is your celebration,” Glidden said. “We are fortunate to be in a positionwhere we can help make a difference in our communities. There is no better way to celebrate 200 years than by being community kind.”
