• Joseph Avella, 64, of Fairview Drive, Berlin. Charges: Disorderly conduct by intimidation, violation of a protective order.

Jan. 4:

• Kenneth Matthews, 27, of Main Street Newington. Charge: failure to plead/pay.
• James A Dubree, 27, of Farmington Avenue, Berlin. Charges: failure to renew registration; evading responsibility, failure to notify operator’s license change of address.
