  • Alberto M. Acosta, 19, of East Hartford. Charges: first-degree larceny; conspiracy to commit first-degree larceny.

Dec. 7:

  • Christopher Farrell, age and address not provided. Charges: refusal to submit to a chemical test, failure to notify change in vehicle appearance; failure to notify change of address for motor vehicle license; failure to obey a stop sign and driving under the influence.
  • Michael S. Albrecht, 44, of Hartford. Charges: Three counts each of fifth-degree larceny and issuing a bad check.

  • Michael Foster, 39, of Hartford. Charges: two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court; one count each of second-degree failure to appear in court, interfering with an official, conspiracy at sixth-degree larceny.
  • Melissa E. Ruggiero, 26, of Rocky Hill. Charges: sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy at sixth-degree larceny.

  • Christopher A. Santerre, 29, of Berlin. Charges: failure to drive in proper lance; driving under the influence.

Dec. 10:

  • Katherine M. Lawrence, 27, of Berlin. Charge: violation of probation.

Dec. 11:

  • Katherine R. Mayer, 30, of Berlin. Charges: refusal to submit to a chemical test, failure to drive responsible distance apart, driving under the influence.
