BERLIN — A Berlin resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in West Hartford earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On October 29, Raymond Grady of Berlin purchased a 30X Cash 8th Edition ticket from the Oakland Fresh Market in West Hartford and won $10,000.
