Prominent Berlin Church Celebrating Milestone Birthday
The church is hosting an open house on Saturday featuring tours and entertainment.

BERLIN, CT — A prominent local church is celebrating a significant anniversary this Saturday, May 31, by opening up to the public and welcoming folks in for a day of fun at a special open house.
The Berlin Congregational Church, located at 878 Worthington Ridge, Berlin, is celebrating 250 years of existence, a journey that started way back in 1775.
The day's activities will be from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. with various events planned on a day to celebrate "our faith in the past, present and future."

Among them is live entertainment from 1 to 2 p.m.; the Manchester Salvation Army Brass Ensembler from 2:30 to 3:15 p.m.; the Connecticut Patriot Fife & Drum Corps from 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.; and the Moko Brothers from 4 to 5 p.m.
