- James A. Dubree, 27, of Berlin. Charges: refusal to submit to a chemical test; failure to notify a change in equipment, failure to notify a change of address, weapons in a motor vehicle, insufficient insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, evading responsibility and driving under the influence.
- Ross D. Sparkman, 30, of Berlin. Charge: violation of a protective order.
- Taylor Scott, 22, of Bristol. Charge: violation of a protective order.

- Timothy Strong, 42, of Berlin. Charges: first-degree criminal trespass, second-degree breach of peace.
Dec. 14:
- Eric A. Robinson, 30, of Springfield, MA. Charges: sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.
- Vincent Snipes, 31, of Springfield, MA. Charges: possession of less than four ounces of marijuana, sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

- Arton Francis, 51, of New Britain. Charges: third-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree larceny from a motor vehicle.
- William Depeau, 26, of New Britain. Charges: second-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree larceny.
- Jeffrey Margentino, 46, of New Britain. Charges: insufficient insurance, operating with a suspended or revoked license.
- Christopher Negron, 22, of Hartford. Charges: possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana; illegal sale of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotics.
