• Georgia Davey, 58, of Berlin. Charge: second-degree forgery.

• Carlos A. Castro Jr., 25, of Berlin. Charges: failure to obey a traffic control signal, failure to carry registration, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, evading responsibility.
• Toni Skwiot, 58, of Berlin. Charge: second-degree forgery.
