BETHEL, CT — The Bethel Police Department received a report of men walking along Nashville Road on Sept. 22 at 4:15 p.m. taking packages out of mailboxes, according to a police report. When officers arrived Dilsa Collado, 43, and Steven Sautner, 27, both of Nashville Road in Bethel, were both found with packages and were subsequently arrested.  The two men were both arrested for sixth degree larceny and conspiracy to commit larceny. Both were released on a written promise to appear in Danbury Superior Court on Oct. 4, 2016.  Image via Shutterstock
