Bethel Public Works Department Now on Twitter
The department joins several other Bethel town services that have taken to social media.
Twitter has reputation as a source for instant information -- making it a great way for a town department to get the news out. Bethel's Public Works Department is the latest town department to hit the social media site. Follow them at @BethelCT_DPW.
It only has two tweets so far, but it's just getting started. One relates to an earthquake yesterday in southern California. The other alerts residents to a watery incident over the weekend:
