Bethel Transfer Station Applications Now Available

Bethel, CT — The 2016/2017 Transfer Station permits are now available by mail.

If you have not had a permit in the past year the Town Clerk will need your vehicle information. The fee for the full year of July 1, 2016-June 30, 2017 is $50. Additional permits for a second vehicle at the same address is $10. The senior citizen discount applies to residents 65 years and older for $40.

Transfer Station

The Transfer Station is located at 1 Sympaug Park Road in Bethel. New operating hours of operation are as follows:

• Tuesday: 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.. (Closing for Lunch at 12:00 p.m. until 12:45 p.m.)
• Thursday: 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (Closing for Lunch at 12:00 p.m. until 12:45 p.m.)
• Friday : 7:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. ( Closing at Noon, Not Reopening until Saturday)
• Saturday: 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (Closing for Lunch at 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m.)
