Bethel Weather: Cooler Temps, Thunderstorms Still Possible for Days
Thunderstorms again? Deja Vu! If you're shaking your head thinking this feels like the movie "Groundhog Day," you're not alone.
BETHEL, CT — Thunderstorms again? Technically, there is a slight chance for storms each day leading into the weekend for most of Connecticut this weekend, but the upcoming forecast is much, much better than last weekends. Last weekend it felt like 110 degrees at times and quick-moving strong-to-severe thunderstorms were popping up daily.
Fast-forward a week later and the temps will be in the upper 80s and later in the weekend low 80s and currently there are no advisories issued for the thunderstorm chances each day.
The forecast includes plenty of sunshine through the weekend too.
