GOP Primary, Sept. 11 Ceremony and Oldies Dance Night in Bethel

- Bethel’s registered Republicans can cast their vote in the party primary Tuesday for First Selectman, Selectman and Police Commission. The town’s polling places will be open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.

- The Bethel Volunteer Fire Department’s annual Sept. 11 Remembrance Ceremony begins at 6:50 p.m. Wednesday night at the South Street station.

- La Fortuna Restaurant on Stony Hill Road is hosting Oldies Feel Good Dance night from 8 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Wednesday. Cover charge for the event is $5.
