Registrars to Complete Preliminary Voter List, Hear Appeals Tuesday
Plus information on registration deadlines and absentee ballots for November.

The Bethel Registrars of Voters are holding a special session Tuesday afternoon to register voters, assemble the preliminary voter list and hear appeals from residents who have been removed from the list.
The special session will be held from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday in the Registrars Office in the Municipal Center.
The primary purpose of the session is to put together the preliminary list of electors for the Nov. 5 Municipal Election. However, the registrars will also hear requests from people who have been taken off the list.
The Registrars Office will also be open Saturday, Oct. 19 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for voter registration and enrollment changes.
The deadline for registering by mail is Oct. 22 and in person by Oct. 29.
Absentee ballots will be available in the Town Clerks Office starting Friday, Oct. 4.
