3 Charged In String Of Commercial Burglaries In Woodbridge: Police

Police have arrested three people in connection with nine commercial burglaries.

WOODBRIDGE, CT — Three people were charged in connection with a string of commercial burglaries in January. Police responded to nine forced entry commercial burglaries in the lower Amity Road and Litchfield Turnpike areas.

Following a Woodridge and New Haven police investigation, three people were arrested.

Liston "Sonny Gauthier, 29, of New Haven, formerly of North Carolina, was in Department of Correction custody when he was arrested Thursday. He was charged with seven counts of third-degree burglary and six counts of sixth-degree larceny. His bond was set at $130,000, and he was turned over to judicial marshals for arraignment in New Haven Superior Court.

Robetsy "Betsy" Quinones, 25, of New Haven, formerly of North Carolina, was in Department of Correction custody when she was arrested Feb. 22. She was charged with three counts of third-degree burglary, two counts of sixth-degree larceny, and one count of third-degree criminal mischief. Her bond was set at $15,000, and she was turned over to judicial marshals for arraignment in New Haven Superior Court.

Enos Pearse, 38, of New Haven, was charged Jan. 27 for his involvement in one of the burglaries that occurred that morning. He was charged with third-degree conspiracy to commit burglary. He was scheduled to appear in New Haven Superior Court on Feb. 10.
