3 Hospitalized After Serious Crash In Woodbridge: Police
The drivers of both vehicles, along with a passenger, needed to be extricated after a crash that closed part of Litchfield Turnpike.
WOODBRIDGE, CT — Three people were hospitalized after a serious crash that closed part of Litchfield Turnpike late Wednesday night in Woodbridge, according to police.
Emergency crews responded to the area of Bond Road and Litchfield Turnpike around 10:15 p.m. on the report of a two-vehicle accident with serious injuries.
The drivers of both vehicles, along with one passenger, needed to be extricated and were taken to Yale-New Haven Hospital, according to Sgt. A.J. Cappiello.

Litchfield Turnpike was closed during the initial investigation but has since reopened, Cappiello.
The accident remains under investigation.
