Chiropractor Relocates to Woodbridge
Dr. Brian Hollander has moved his practice to Hazel Terrace.

WOODBRIDGE, CT – A chiropractor has moved his practice to Hazel Terrace, in a deal brokered by Levey Miller Maretz.
Jeremy Rosner and Shawn Reilly, both of Levey Miller Maretz, brokered the deal in which Dr. Brian Hollander leased 1,085 square feet of space at 21 Hazel Terrace.

Rosner represented the tenant in the deal; Reilly represented landlord Alpert Realty.
Hollander, who lives in Milford and had his office there for the previous six years, says he was attracted to Woodbridge’s location, demographics and sense of community.

“I’d been wanting a new space for some time,” he says, and he and his fiancée plan to move to town. “We like the feel of Woodbridge.”
In addition to providing chiropractic services, Hollander is a certified sports physician and is trained in treating hypertension and diabetes’ effects on the body.
