Crash Closes Road In Woodbridge

WOODBRIDGE, CT — A portion of Pease Road in Woodbridge is closed due to a crash involving a utility pole, according to police.

Woodbridge police responded to the area of Pease Road Twinbrook Drive around 10:40 a.m. on the report of an accident, according to Deputy Chief Ronald Smith.

Smith said a vehicle left the roadway and struck a utility pole. No injuries were reported.

Pease Road will be closed between Johnson Road and Shady Hill Road for several hours, according to Smith.
