The March 4 meeting of the Garden Club featured club member, Marsha Ackerman's, "Revamp and Renew: A Planning Strategy for the Already Established Garden." Marsha is a landscape designer, and is the owner of Second Bloom Design, LLC. In her presentation Marsha spoke about considering your landscape from many viewpoints; reviewing existing plants (which to keep, or move, or remove); flow (install winding paths in your landscape for easy access and interest). Club members were impressed by the before and after photos of Marsha's backyard showcasing her aesthetic.
