Police: Residents of Woodbridge Home Surprise Man Trying to Break in
A 20-foot jump and running off wasn't enough for this 46-year-old man to avoid an arrest, Woodbridge police said.

Residents of a home on Amity Road heard noises outside at about 2:30 p.m., Tuesday and saw a man trying to pry open a rear window of the house, said Woodbridge police.
Police said the residents confronted the man, who then jumped off a rear deck of the house, landing in snow about 20 feet below. Then he ran off through the yard.
Woodbridge police said they found the burglar on Bradley Road shortly afterward and arrested him.
