With 1000s In Need, CT Foodshare Mobile Pantry Offers Free Groceries

Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 10:15 a.m., at the New Antioch Church of God​, 65 Burban Dr., the mobile pantry will distribute free groceries.

BRANFORD, CT — More than 465,000 Connecticut residents face food insecurity, according to Connecticut Foodshare.

In an effort to get groceries who are most in need, the Connecticut Foodshare Mobile Pantry is here to help with free groceries.

This Friday, May 16, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:15 a.m., at the New Antioch Church of God, 65 Burban Drive in Branford, the mobile pantry will distribute free food. All they ask is for folks to bring reusable bags.

The Connecticut Foodshare Mobile Pantry will return to the same location at the same time on May 30 and June 11.
