Dec. 10

Ricardo A. Rojas, 31, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to sell narcotics, and use of drug paraphernalia.

Matthew Jared Ruber, 32, of Branford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear.

Dec. 12

Phillip McPhillips, 56, of Branford, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Dec. 14

Clinton Edwards, 55, of New Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Dec. 15

Sarai Dee Beall, 34, of New Haven, was charged with violation of a protective order, second-degree breach f peace and third-degree assault.

Police provide all information. Charges are allegations, not convictions. All are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
