Stiles F. Winterhalder, 38, of Branford, was charged with evading responsibility with injury/property damage.

Nelson R. Santini, 47, of New Haven, was charged with engaging in a police pursuit and reckless driving.

Nov. 30

Richard Torino, 85, of Branford, was charged with evading responsibility with injury/property damage.

Dec. 2

Yomar Rivera, 31, of New Haven, was charged with violation of a protective order and disorderly conduct.

Harold R. Phelan, 64, of West Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, disobeying the signal of an officer and reckless driving.

Dec. 4

Michael R. Perrelli, 39, of New Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.
