Oct. 10

Chelsea Katherine Quagliano, 22, of Branford, was charged with violation of a protective order and disorderly conduct.

Eric Russell Starr, 41, with no address listed, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree threatening, and criminal attempt third-degree assault.

Christopher Jonathon Corbett, 26, of Old Saybrook, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Oct. 12

Jeffrey Wayne Culp, 52, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree failure to appear.

Oct. 13

Bryan D. Jones, 41, of Branford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Elvin Alfredo Leiva-Ortiz, 35, of Branford, was charged with fist-degree sexual assault, risk of injury to a child, and fourth-degree sexual assault of victim under age 16.

Lee Tyler Parise, 38, of Branford, was charged with creating a public disturbance.

Devrin Dangelo Thompson, 27, of San Antonio, TX, was charged with third-degree criminal trespass.

Bryon Christopher Wilson, 27, of Jacksonville, FL, was charged with third-degree criminal trespass.

Oct. 14

William S. Lazine, 52, of Branford, was charged with second-degree threatening/physical threats, second-degree breach of peace, and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.
