From the Branford Community Foundation:

BRANFORD, CT — BranfordVolunteers.org has reached a milestone, making more than 500 connections between local nonprofits and volunteers since its unveiling in December, the Branford Community Foundation announced.

"We were so excited to launch the site, but we had no idea it would be this much of a success
and so embraced by the community," BCF Executive Director Liza Janssen Petra said. "The
demands on nonprofits and foundations like ours has continued to increase, and this has been a
great way to lift all of our organizations at a time when they need the help most."
