Several Branford Police Department Personnel Earn Promotions
Openings in the police department have been filled by the recent promotions of several within the department.

BRANFORD, CT - Several members of the Branford police department have been promoted to fill vacancies in the department.
At the most recent Board of Police Commissioners meeting, the board approved the promotion of Lt. John Alves to captain's rank; approved the promotion of Sgt. Dominick Eula to lieutenant; and Officers Rashad Roach and Corianne Dionne were promoted to sergeant.
Police Chief Kevin Halloran said all the officers promoted "represent the department very well" and deserved their promotions.

The promotions will leave the department with two openings in the officer ranks - and the police commission voted to immediately advertise for those openings.
