Town Clerk Reminds That 'It's The Law:' June Is Dog License Month

Dog owners need a certificate of proof for spay and/or neuter (if dog's not spayed/neutered, the fee is higher) and current rabies proof.

BRANFORD, CT — It's June, so dog owners know what that means — it's licensing time. For dog owners new to this, June is Dog Licensing Month!

As pointed out by Town Clerk Lisa Arpin, "It's the law."

All dogs six months and older must be licensed, or their owners face fines.
