Frances Lynne Sullivan, 59 of Milford, passed away on May 11, 2025. Frances was born on November 3rd, 1965, in Bridgeport, Connecticut, to the late Paul and Susan Macciocca. Frances was the beloved wife of Michael J. Sullivan for over 35 years.

Frances met the love of her life in 1988, and the two quickly fell deeply in love, marrying in a beautiful church ceremony in November of that same year. A dedicated respiratory therapist for over 20 years, most notably with Bridgeport Hospital, Frances cared deeply for her patients and took pride in offering them comfort and compassion.

A lifelong animal lover, Frances had pets of all kinds over the years and held a deep affection for all creatures, great and small. In her free time, she found joy in simple pleasures: walking along the beach with her husband and dogs, feeding the wild birds in her backyard, reading, and spending cherished moments with family, especially during large, lively gatherings.

Frances is survived by her devoted husband, her two beloved children—Katie Beski (Walter) and Kevan Sullivan—her sister Paula Macciocca (Donato), nephew Nicholas Basso, niece Giuliana Sullivan, godson Anthony Bongiovani, and goddaughter Kim Toomey. She was predeceased by her sister Marcillane Macciocca. Frances also leaves behind many cherished family members and friends.
