Man Killed in Downtown Bridgeport: UPDATE
Breaking: Bridgeport police have set up a crime scene on McLevy Green to investigate the early-morning shooting.

BRIDGEPORT, CT — A Stamford man was fatally shot in downtown Bridgeport early Thursday morning, according to multiple reports including the Connecticut Post. The man was in his twenties and was shot across from McLevy Green.
Multiple reports have identified the man killed as 33-year-old Max Antoine. Police Capt. Brian Fitzgerald said that Antoine collapsed in the middle of McLevy Park and was pronounced dead at the scene. To sign up for Bridgeport breaking news alerts and more, click here.
The man was not identified, but chief Armando Perez said he was walking to his white Mercedes on State Street. A stage is set up on McLevy Green for concerts and performances. Perez also said the victim was leaving a party, according to the Connecticut Post.
