St. Vincent’s Medical Center Heart & Vascular Institute and community outreach teams recently visited East End Tabernacle Church in Bridgeport to provide free blood pressure screenings and monitors.
After a presentation by cardiologist Dr. Jeffrey Berman, the group was treated to a cooking demo by Chef Raquel, and then received all the ingredients to make the dish themselves.
