2024 'Honor An Educator Program' Kicks Off In Brookfield

Anyone whose contributions to the community have had a positive impact may be nominated.

BROOKFIELD, CT — The Brookfield Education Foundation is seeking nominations from the community for its 2024 Honor an Educator program,

The program aims to recognize the educators making a difference in the Brookfield community.

Anyone whose contributions to the community have had a positive impact — teacher, coach, scout leader, bus driver, tutor, etc. — may be nominated.

All honorees will receive a certificate of appreciation, and their names will displayed in a special listing on the BEF website.

Nominations will be accepted online here through Saturday, April 27.

The BEF is a local funding source, providing resources for lifelong learning by Brookfield residents of all ages. Programs past BEF grants have helped include:
