3-Vehicle Crash In Brookfield Sends 4 To Hospital, Including 2 Cops

Two police officers, and two civilians, were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries following a 3-vehicle crash.

BROOKFIELD, CT — Four people, including two Brookfield police officers, were hospitalized following a three-vehicle crash Monday night.

An on-duty officer notified the Brookfield Police Dispatch Center of the accident involving his patrol car and two other vehicles at the intersection of White Turkey Extension and Federal Road at approximately 8:24 p.m.

Two police officers, and two civilians, were taken to Danbury Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The driver of the third vehicle was uninjured, according to the police report.

The crash closed down Federal Road during the follow-up investigation.
