Brookfield Health Dept. To Offer 2nd COVID-19 Vaccine Booster Dose

Booster vaccination is by appointment only, and doses will be limited.

BROOKFIELD, CT — Beginning Tuesday, April 5 and continuing every Tuesday and Thursday until further notice, the Brookfield Health Department will be offering a second booster dose for Moderna Vaccine only, for 50-year-olds and older and the immunocompromised.

The Pfizer vaccine will not be available, but Moderna can be substituted, according to Health Department officials.

Booster vaccination is by appointment only, between the hours of 1-3 p.m. Residents may call the Health Department at 203-775-7315 during regular hours to schedule an appointment. Doses are limited.
