Brookfield Police To Hold 4th Annual 'National Night Out'

The BPD's 4th annual "National Night Out" will be held Aug. 6, from 4-8:30 p.m at the Brookfield Municipal Town Hall.

BROOKFIELD, CT — The Brookfield Police Department will be hosting its fourth annual "National Night Out."

The event will be held Aug. 6, from 4-8:30 p.m at the Brookfield Town Hall at 100 Pocono Road.

National Night Out is a non-profit community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships.

There will be free games for all ages, prizes, raffles, bounce houses, a dunk tank, food, beer, home run derby, cornhole tournament, live music and more.

Police SWAT and SCUBA gear will be on display, and there will be multiple K-9 demonstrations.

All proceeds from the event will be donated to Special Olympics Connecticut.

Teams may register for the cornhole tournament online here. Cash prizes will be awarded to the top three teams.
